How I Work With Teams

I’m a Scrum Master, project manager, and customer success professional who helps technology teams move forward when work feels stuck, unclear, or misaligned.

I specialize in bringing structure to complex initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and keeping delivery grounded in real customer needs. My approach is practical and people-first - focused on clear priorities, honest communication, and steady progress rather than process for process’ sake.

I’ve worked across SaaS, enterprise platforms, and long-running operational systems, supporting teams through planning, delivery, adoption, and change. Whether stepping into an existing team or helping establish better ways of working, my goal is always the same: help people do their best work and deliver outcomes they can stand behind.

Where I Recharge

Outside of work, I value time that keeps me grounded and curious.
Being a father is central to who I am, and time with my daughter is where I recharge most. I’m drawn to experiences that slow things down and broaden perspective - sailing, drawing, writing poetry, reading, and listening to live music whenever I can. I also love to travel and to cook, especially dishes inspired by African, Asian, Mexican, Italian, and French cuisines. Food and travel, for me, are ways of understanding people, culture, and rhythm beyond my own.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to spend time in places like the Philippines, Hong Kong, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, the Bahamas, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, to name a few. Each has shaped how I see the world.
